THE LAW

Witchcraft is a legally recognized religion in the United States as declared by the Federal Appeals Court for the Fourth Circuit in Dettemer vs. London .799F .2d 929 ( 4th Cir. 1986 ) Under the reasoning of this ruling and in accordance with those rights to religious freedom as declared in the First Amendment of the Constitution, no witch can be denied his or her civil liberties and right to be a witch, open and free, in any state in the land, within the parameters of the Law.
